Apostle Dr. Debra Allen is a leader in the faith-based movement strategically positioning churches, ministries, and other nonprofit organizations to work with individuals, families, and communities in an effective and financially sound manner. As CEO. of New Hope World Outreach, Inc., Debra Allen Ministries, Inc., and Destiny Christian University, Inc. (DCU),  Apostle Allen provides guidance and oversight of the organizations to ensure that the goals of service and outreach are met.  Apostle Allen has held numerous positions in her ministry walk.   In 1999, Apostle Allen accepted the call to pastor and founded New Hope World Outreach in Florida. The church was born out of dedication and faithfulness to God and His gifting.  As an apostle, Dr. Allen provides oversight to the Sanctuary of South Florida, Full of Grace and Truth and New Hope World Outreach. Apostle Allen's greatest love is the study and teaching of the Word of God and imparting her love of the Word to her students. Over the years, Apostle Allen has been instrumental in establishing educational institutions such as Plantation Christian University (PCU) (now the University of Ft. Lauderdale), Haiti Tech, a technical education center in Port au Prince Haiti and Destiny Christian University.   As a motivational speaker and facilitator, Dr. Allen has conducted seminars on grant writing, nonprofit matters, strategic planning, leadership development, building relationships, church governance, and church management. Apostle Allen also ministers on the Holy Spirit, faith, intercessory prayer, spiritual warfare, and many other topics. Included in Apostle Allen's gifting is the art of lyrical dancing.
